Tony Sykes Sound reserve the right of admission without any questioning from the customer even if the customer has pre paid for their ticket or indeed paid for their ticket on the night.

Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated

Smart dress is essential, jeans can be worn but ripped jeans will not be allowed. No sportswear will be allowed.

Our door supervisors are totally in charge of admissions if in their opinion anyone is unsuitable for entry into our party nights they have full authority to control the door and their decision is final Tony Sykes will not interfere with their decision.

We operate a zero tolerance policy on violence, bad language, threatening behaviour to either our staff, customers or the venue staff, drugs or any anti social behaviour, the result of any anti social behaviour will be a life time ban from any event held by Tony Sykes Sound ltd and in the case of any drug issues this would be reported to the police immediately.

All our door staff supervisors meet the required qualifications and are badged from the local authoritary, incident books are available for inspection.

Everybody will pay the admission charge which is normally £5 inc vat (vat invoices can be supplied if you wish) The only circumstances will customers be allowed into any party night on a reduced rate or free entry will be on the production of promotional  free tickets or concession notes only issued by Tony Sykes Sound ltd staff.

There are no refunds for pre bought or on the night paid for party night tickets in whatever circumstance.

Tickets must be retained for the actual night by the customers this is the pass out you will require if you go out of the room, if you do not have a valid  ticket payment will be required irregardless if you have already paid on re entry to the party night.

Dinner dance party nights must be pre paid with the venue through the appropriate channels and not through Tony Sykes Sound ltd.

Tony Sykes Sound ltd reserves the right to cancel any event without notice or reason.

Tony Sykes Sound reserves the right for a suitable stand in DJ/Presenter for Tony Sykes in circumstances beyond Tony Sykes Sound ltd control.

Tony Sykes Sound ltd will take no responsibility for any personal belongings that may get lost or stolen in any circumstances.

All photographs taken at the Party Nights remain the property of Tony Sykes Sound Ltd and can be used for promotional purposes.
